CSI/CHPC providers possess the highest professional qualifications.
Only those who meet our stringent credentialing requirements are
accepted for membership. CSI/CHPC complies with and exceeds NCQA
and URAC credentialing guidelines and applies additional standards
specific to chiropractic.
Favorable consideration is given to officially recognized specialty certifications, including Qualified Medical Examiner and completion of ACA recognized Diplomate programs.
The CSI/CHPC Credentialing Committee reviews each application to assure that approved providers demonstrate a genuine interest in the well being of their patients, a commitment to efficient, effective care and an ability to work with other healthcare professionals and specialties. There is an appeals process available to any non-approved applicants. |
